Would you like to be a coach? Coaching training applications are now open

Listening deliberately, with fascination, and asking great questions is the basis of fantastic care. This is coaching – it helps us to see things differently, find purpose and success in our roles, and look after our wellbeing.

We are offering fully funded training in ILM 5 Certificate in Effective Coaching and Mentoring to anyone working in health and social care in Bristol, North Somerset & South Gloucestershire. Everyone can apply – no matter your role, seniority, or level of responsibility. We are also offering a number of training opportunities to people from underrepresented and protected characteristic groups as part of our Positive Action scheme.
