Have you heard about Bath Swindon & Wiltshire Wellbeing Matters?
We can all experience difficulties with our wellbeing at times, but the current pressures of work and impact of COVID-19 can make it feel overwhelming. The BSW Wellbeing Matters team provide caring and compassionate support to health and social care staff in BaNES, Swindon and Wiltshire. The team are one of 40 new services funded by NHS England and offer confidential and impartial advice and support to help staff wellbeing. This support offer is extended to all clinical and non-clinical staff who work across BSW including care homes, primary care, bank staff and more.
The team is made up of a group of nurses, psychologists and other professionals focusing on staff wellbeing from across from across BaNES, Swindon and Wiltshire. Together, they help staff in two main ways:
providing support to individuals which starts with a one-to-one assessment of your needs
helping whole teams or organisations by providing advice and training based on the wellbeing needs of the staff
