The DHSC are surveying ”…providers to get the most out of Capacity Tracker and are looking at:
Ways to share your information back to you in a way that helps you, your service, and the people you care forHow you might want to monitor your service using Capacity Tracker information
There will be workshops later this month to understand what our first steps should be.
Before the workshops take place, we would like providers to complete a survey so that we have an idea about the information that matters most to you.”

Recently, I have shared a list of non-compliant providers for August/Sept/Oct compliance windows with all LA colleagues. If ICB members require a copy – please email me directly.
RECOMMENDED ACTIONS
If providers need to be removed from the Tracker (e.g. now decommissioned) – please contact our Support Centre to action (Mon-Fri 9am-5pm, T: 0191 691 3729, E: necsu.capacitytracker@nhs.net)
Please review User Counts with 0 or 1. We highly recommend that there are 2 or more users registered per location to ensure there is sufficient cover/consistent engagement.
Please contact non-compliant providers to identify the stumbling blocks? N.B. Non-compliance enforcement fines will be issued from November 2022.
Password/Access issues? They can contact the Support Centre directly.
Need a refresher? Providers can attend an upcoming provider training session

These sessions will focus on:
