ASC-WDS Product Launch Week

You might know that an Adult Social Care Workforce Data Set (ASC-WDS) account gives access to the Workforce Development Fund, but did you know there are lots of other benefits for care providers too? ASC-WDS is a free tool for organisations to store their staff records and even lets providers benchmark their workforce metrics against the competition. The training and qualifications feature allows users to define mandatory training and track the learning that their staff are doing, as well as giving alerts when training is due to expire. 

The information collected by the service is also vital to government and other decision makers as they plan, monitor and fund the sector. Contributing to ASC-WDS means that all care providers can make their voice heard. 

Skills for Care are looking to raise awareness about ASC-WDS and the importance of workforce data through the official ASC-WDS product launch week on 22 to 26 November 2021. We’ll be hosting two virtual events as part of this activity. Join us to develop your understanding of the benefits in using ASC-WDS or see the service’s main features in action. We’d love for you to attend or share these with your members. You could use the attached messages if you wish. 

Product launch week will also mark the release of the new ASC-WDS Benefits Bundle. This will give new and existing account holders access to exclusive discounts and special offers across Skills for Care’s products and services.
