THE 1950'S AND 60S LIVE ON AT FRENCHAY

Well done to the residents and staff of Frenchay House, who on 7 May 2016, put on a show at Frenchay Village Hall.

All residents and families and friends were invited, with a turnout of over 100 people, the residents and staff put on a fantastic show in our local viallage hall.  The show featured music, songs and dance from the 1950’s and 60’s and pre-recorded memories of the era from the residents.

All agreed that it was a thoroughly enjoyable afternoon.

Show organiser, Care Assistant Joanne Sheard, said ‘I was so proud of everyone.   We have been practicing for months and everyone has been so committed.  The attmosphere in the home throughout all of the rehearsals has been real fun.’
