Please see details of Proud to Care recruitment event 4th April 2023 from North Somerset Council

The event will be open to the public from 12pm-4.30pm, however the room is booked from 11am-5pm to allow time for setting up. 

The event will be advertised to encourage people to ‘drop-in’ and:

• find out if they could be a care worker

• ask questions to those already working in social care / find out more about the various job roles

• get advice on CV writing / interview skills

• have an ‘on the spot’ interview

What we would expect from you:

• talk to potential candidates about your current job vacancies

• give information on what it’s like to work in social care

• ‘on the spot’ style interviews with potential candidates

• Bring along any leaflets / application forms

This event is being organised by North Somerset Council as part of the Proud to Care campaign.
