Consider very recent case law on flexible working requests, including indirect sex and disability discrimination, the penalties for getting it wrong and how to avoid the pitfalls;
Consider how to overcome some of the challenges in getting people back to the office, including concerns over vaccinations and health and safety; and
Consider what the future may look like in terms of hybrid working, and how best to prepare for this.
