Connecting Care is our Bristol, North Somerset and South Gloucestershire digital programme, dedicated to:
Joining up information to ensure care is focused around the individual and their needs
Improving better, safer and more joined-up care
Increasing efficiency in the delivery of health and social care services
Bristol, North Somerset and South Gloucestershire (BNSSG) were successful in receiving funding from NHS Digital to provide Care Homes access to Connecting Care. The project to implement this will run until January 2021.
In this event you will learn more about the programme and how it can help your organisation.
