Research with care home providers - request for support from NHS BSA

The NHS Business Services Authority are testing a brand-new service designed to streamline training reimbursement for care professionals. They want to make claiming money for training simpler and more efficient, so that training becomes more accessible for those on the frontline of care provision.

Based on previous research, the main users of this new service are likely to be care home managers, finance administrators and learning and development administrators in the adult social care sector.

They are asking people for up to an hour of their time, remotely, to test the service and provide us with feedback, offering all testers a £20 gift voucher in return. All data is kept confidential and anonymised.
