Social Care Payment Delays Consultation

Have you got delays to care invoice payments?

We are being made increasingly more aware of  care providers struggling to maintain business viability. Whilst many factors like COVID, Brexit, the cost of living crisis, and recruitment are all playing their parts in destabilising the social care sector, we are also being told that delays in receiving payment for state funded care packages is a major barrier to financial sustainability. 

This survey aims to capture a snapshot of the financial issues facing care home operators and home care providers with a focus on outstanding payments. If you are a social care provider that isn't a care home operator or home care provider, we still welcome your contribution to this survey. 

This survey will be anonymous however there will be opportunity for you to express interest in being contacted once you have completed the survey. No names or identifiable information will be used when reporting the survey results unless you otherwise specify.
