What does the adult social care sector need to become more innovative? What can policy makers, stakeholders and people working in the sector do to support and promote innovation? Do you have an innovation you are proud of and would like to showcase?

This survey is the first comprehensive survey of innovation in the ASC sector. It is part of the Supporting Adult Social Care Innovation project (https://www.sasciproject.uk/), which is studying innovation in adult social care and how it can best be supported.

We want to hear from people working in organisations that have successfully innovated, those that have struggled and those for whom innovation is not part of normal practice. We are keen to hear from people in strategic and operational management roles but if you have an opinion on how your organisation innovates this survey is for you too.

The survey takes 10-15 minutes to complete.
