Digital Social Care Website Rebuild – Request for Interview Participants
Digital Social Care are seeking interview participants from care providers that have used the website.
“The Digital Social Care website was established in 2019 with funding from the NHS to provide support and engagement for the adult social care sector around the development and use of technology. Digital Social Care also hosts information for the Better Security, Better Care programme for which Karen Holley is an official partner.
We are now planning to build a new website and technology support offer for care providers and would like your input! To do this, we're hoping to carry out some interviews to learn more about your current experiences. We'd like to hear from a range of care providers to give you an opportunity to feed into and shape the support that will be developed. In practice, this would involve an informal conversation with one of our team in the next 2-3 weeks for around 45 minutes to 1 hour, about your experiences with digitisation and data and any existing support you've seen or used. We are particularly keen to talk to registered managers, senior leaders, owners and data protection officers.
