HOW TO NOMINATE A CARE PROVIDER FOR AN AWARD
2017 Categories: Organisation / Employer Awards
It is true that individual carers make all the difference to individual service users, but it is important to recognise the hugely important role of the whole organisation, and the culture where individuals can thrive. This award is for those Care Providers who provide the culture and structure and support for both service users and their staff.
If you work for a care provider or are a service user or relative and you just have so much respect for the whole organisation, then this could be an award to interest you
The advice and guidance from the judges is below.
You can download the Nomination Form here.
NB: If you want your nominee to be the winner of the final accolade of the night please make sure you include information on how s/he/they has or have made a significant Contribution to both Health & Social Care during the 2016/2017 year on each category nomination form.
